Gilbert Breton
Gilbert Breton was born in 1939 in Warwick, Quebec, and he studied art at the « Institut des Arts appliqués » of Montreal between 1960 and 1964. He now travels across the province of Quebec and even in the Maritimes or New England to find his inspiration. Working almost always on the spot, he likes to play with light and shadow, using vivid colours to give life to his work. Today, many of his paintings can be found in numerous private and corporate collections in Quebec, Canada and abroad.
